Why the sun shines
And the rivers go…
Better to bask
Better to flow—
Why the moon so bright
Though borrowed light?
To know
That all is
Like night,
A primed canvas
For capturing
And shinning—
The pigments
Our mixing,
The brush-strokes
Our gliding—
Soft landings
Our revealed
Terrain….
Ode to joy!
Ode to pain!
