We are double-minded—
Upper and lower hemispheres,
Divine and sentient;

We are spirit manifest—
“A walk on the wild-side,”
Slumming from above
With a knapsack of love;

We are transforming elements—
Alchemy of lesser living
Into pure-gold of Time—
