The Chimney Sweep(by Joe DiMino)
Ive found soot
In the cleanest cell;
And, to say: that
A selfless, hard-working-man
Need not fear hell,
Is to say: an honest days labor
Climaxes without smell
In the end:
A blessed reward it would be
For some, to just die!
Gladly letting others
Faithful loyalist
Live on
To sweeping
The sky
.
