"The Alamo" (by Joe DiMino)

We stand perhaps alone
In modern times,
Once pressed from the South
And now the North
Our own,
Determined to suffocate
God's freedom
In a NATION
Founded on man's Divine-Right
To LIBERTY;

We Stand perhaps alone
Against tyranny
Of the many--
We Texans
Of the State Of Plenty;
Yet with spirit
Of wide open spaces
To ride
But never hide
Will stand, as always,
On the side of right;
Stand tall, as in the past, in His
Self-governing Light--
The might of His State-right
Will guide us--
Therefore, now I exclaim:
Not nearly alone--God and We
A Nation-majority!
