Thank You, Father (Author: Joe DiMino)

Thank you, Father,

for a thread of warmth

when life left me numb,

senseless,

abandoned but for Your filament of light

through the dark cloak

I had woven....

How often may I thank You?

I pray it is infinite

as stars

flickering to the light

in the fabric

of my midnight places....
