Shadows be-trick
conceal
so much like the mind—
shadows transfix
reveal—
our hidden
there to find:

polarizing light

more reflective
often the night

shadows fly over…
smaller wings
wisely
startled
into greater

mastering
flight;

Shadows
can comfort—
protect us
from the burn

of darkness
so much
yet
to learn

play follow the leader

at own request
stop and turn

end and start anew

always follow through

shadows speak loudly

for those we cast
representative
of the lot
or little each do
