"Seasons" (by Joe DiMino)

She unfolds her blossoms
And I yield to season
Compliant my heart
With Spring—

Summer I dare not sleep
With you
For if I dream
I may dream of
First love, Spring;
And You are always
Sheer delight
Warm as Spring at night—

Fall you are the inquisitor—
Rhetoric flamboyant
As your moods;
I succumb to your beauty—
Such colorful death—

Winter—you cover me over;
And this time I willfully dream
Of Spring, Summer
And Fall into whiteness of You—
Snugly blanketed over,
Now we may all dream
Together
One season of eternity….
