With only two ways to put them on
I always get them backwards…
T-shirts I mean;
Even the one sided logos,
No goes the right-side first-try—
Forward or back, always the opposite—
Boy I am upset;

“Look before you leap!” or dress I guess;
With our second skins
Taking most of
The outside wear,
Careful consideration when choosing
For applying would seem in order—

Then a good detergent

But even the best
Can’t get at the deep soil—
Talking about the crap
Way down—
Imbedded in our own fibers,
Where all the chemicals
And scrubbing in the world
Will not reach….
