"I Saw A Rainbow" (by Joe DiMino)

I Saw A Rainbow

I saw a rainbow,
uneven was its arc;
unlike that half moon
more bow
suggests the twists
storms come and go
and never when
and never where
and never truly why
we know…
So, if this write
has stops and starts
and not quite matching
all its parts
much like weather
are our human hearts—
the heart of a tempest
the heart of man—
the heart of a woman
says it all…
