I am pure now
After having been
Washed-out,
Hung out to dry—
My times are many;
Not much left
Of original material,
My own weaving—
But somehow
Essence brighter
And fresher,
I am unscented
Sent on my way;
Bleached by the Sun
With new light of day,
Readying me
For far
Brighter garments of dawn….
