Has the landscape changed
Morphed into new liquidity
And I into something solid
Of greater obstruction

I long for a place of forgotten nativity
Once nearly defined
But now I fear clearly intangible
My mind a sewer of knowledge
The gathering of gutters
I sift through
Trying to recover reasons for knowing
