"A Shining Moment" by Joe DiMino

Trees grabbing bough fulls

tossing light into the air,

dragging a windy brush

across the meadow--

I am tempted back into art--

the color of words,

bleeding from them

their hueful music--

Pain--we all have some;

saving it in burrows

just in case

clouds become too wispy,

loosing their faith in rainbows.
