"A Shining Moment" by Joe DiMino

Trees grabbing a bough-full
tossing light into the air,
dragging a windy brush
across the meadow-

I am tempted back into art-
the color of words,
bleeding from them
their hue-full music-

Pain--we all have some;
saving it in burrows
just in case
clouds become too wispy,
lost their faith in rainbows.
