A seed had been planted
So tiny it went unnoticed,
Needing little water and sun--
One drop with a speck of light;

A single flower grew outside
In a garden where no one walked,
But there were many curious forms
Who inquired of such scent and beauty--
And why all alone?

A child was born,
But unlike any seed
Or blossom before
His cradle-span two boughs,
The Alpha and Omega--
An infant I Am…
